about Me

Welcome! I’m Adel: INFP, Muslim, Dad, and an Eternal Seeker of Harmony.

Ritratto di Adel INFP Musulmano, autore del blog INFP-Muslim

Hello everyone, my name is Adel. I’m an INFP Muslim, 33 years old, a professional, a father, and the son of Moroccan immigrants, born and raised here in Italy. My story is a blend of diverse roots, but the common thread has always been a profound desire for understanding, growth, and positive impact.

For much of my life, I’ve felt an inner drive towards introspection and the search for meaning. It has been a fascinating journey, marked by numerous psychological tests and in-depth research, which led me to discover I am an INFP. An enlightenment, in a sense! I deeply recognized myself in this personality type: in the emotional intelligence, the predilection for creative solitude, and, above all, the innate desire to side with good, even when the world seems to go against it. I found comfort in understanding my preference for work that allows me to operate autonomously and express my authenticity.

My faith, Islam, has always been a cornerstone in my life, long before this discovery about my personality. And in this spiritual journey, I’ve found incredible guidance for my personal growth and awareness. The Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) taught me the importance of not judging others, of seeking righteousness, and of helping one’s neighbor – values that, I realized, resonate surprisingly well with many aspects of the INFP personality. It’s a beautiful harmony between my deep identity as Adel, an INFP Muslim, and the principles of my faith.

Why This Blog? To Share, Inspire, and Grow Together.

I created this space to share everything I’ve learned about my INFP personality, my spiritual reflections, and the personal growth tools I’ve discovered. My biggest goal is to help others who might be in a similar situation, or who simply want to better understand themselves and their potential. I firmly believe that discovering who we are – our strengths, our weaknesses, our inclinations – is the first step towards profound growth, both in personal and professional life, helping us find our true place in the world. It’s a way to leave a positive mark, a true Sunnah: helping others.

When I’m not immersed in deep reflections or studying new technologies (I’m passionate about innovation and love discovering new tools!), I really enjoy dedicating time to meditation, soccer, video games, and, of course, traveling to discover new cultures. And yes, I always have a book in hand, lately exploring the nuances of INFP and INFJ personalities.

If you wish to delve deeper into my reflections, you can start by reading my article on “The Balance between INFP Authenticity, Spirituality, and Islamic Faith.

I hope this blog can be a place of inspiration, reflection, and growth for all of you. I’m excited to share this journey with you!
